Shipping & Handover Guide
How cards get from seller to buyer on TCG Vault: the handover methods, what they cost, how to pack, and how a trade is completed.

Hogyan jutnak el a kártyák az eladótól a vevőig a TCG Vaulton: átvételi módok, szállítási díjak, biztonságos csomagolás és az adásvétel menete.

Az adásvétel lépései
- Foglalási kérelem (Request). A vevő kosárba teszi a kártyákat, kiválasztja az átvételi/szállítási módot, és elküldi a foglalási kérelmet (Hold Request).
- Elfogadás (Accept). Az eladó elfogadja (a kártyák a vevő nevére lefoglalódnak) vagy elutasítja a kérelmet. Ebben a szakaszban még bármelyik fél visszamondhatja a foglalást.
- Egyeztetés (Arrange). A fizetés módját és az átadás részleteit a felek a Messages (Üzenetek) felületen beszélik meg.
- Átadás / Feladás (Hand over). Személyes átadás vagy a csomag feladása után az eladó megnyomja a Mark handed over gombot. Ettől a ponttól a vevő már nem törölheti egyoldalúan a rendelést.
- Átvétel visszaigazolása (Confirm). A kártyák megérkezésekor a vevő megnyomja az I received it gombot az Üzenetekben vagy a Profilján. Ezzel az ügylet lezárul, és mindkét fél értékelheti egymást.
Ha a vevő az átadástól számított 14 napon belül nem igazolja vissza az átvételt és problémát sem jelez, az eladó maga is lezárhatja az ügyletet.
Átvételi és szállítási módok

Szállítási díjak és minimum rendelési érték
Az eladók a Seller Hub > Shipping menüpontban állíthatják be az egyes szállítási módok díját és az esetleges minimum rendelési összeget (pl. személyes átvétel ingyenes, Foxpost 1 500 Ft 5 000 Ft feletti rendeléstől).
Kártyák biztonságos csomagolása postázáshoz
- Minden kártyát tegyél penny sleeve-be (kártyavédő fóliába), az értékesebb lapokat pedig toploaderbe vagy félkemény tokba.
- A toploader tetejét zárd le könnyen eltávolítható maszkolószalaggal (painter's tape) vagy tedd team bagbe, hogy a kártya ne csúszhasson ki.
- A kártyákat fogd közre két erős kartonlap közé.
- Légpárnás borítékot vagy kis dobozt használj — sima papírborítékban a postai válogatógépek meghajlíthatják a lapokat.
- A csomagkövetési számot (tracking number) küldd el a vevőnek az Üzenetekben.
Ha probléma merül fel
Először mindig az eladóval/vevővel egyeztess az Üzenetekben. Ha nem sikerül megoldani a helyzetet, írj a support@tcgxchange.net címre a rendelés adataival.
The steps of a trade
- Request. The buyer adds cards to the cart, picks a handover method and sends a hold request. The cards are set aside right away.
- Accept. The seller accepts (the cards are reserved for that buyer) or rejects it. Either side can still cancel at this point.
- Arrange. Payment and the details of the handover are agreed in Messages.
- Hand over. After meeting up or posting the cards, the seller presses Mark handed over. From here the buyer can no longer cancel.
- Confirm. The buyer presses I received it, in Messages or under My holds in their profile. That completes the sale, and both sides can rate each other.
If the buyer doesn't confirm within 14 days of handover, the seller can complete the sale themselves. So buyers: confirm when your cards arrive, and message the seller straight away if something is wrong.
Handover methods

Each listing shows the methods its seller offers. In the cart you can only pick a method that every card from that seller was listed with. Your delivery details are only sent to the seller you are buying from, and are remembered on your device for next time.
Shipping prices and minimum orders
Sellers set a price and an optional minimum order for each method in Seller Hub > Shipping. For example: in person free, Foxpost 1 500 Ft for orders from 5 000 Ft, GLS 2 500 Ft.
- The card window shows a listing's methods and prices under its price.
- In the cart, a method whose minimum you haven't reached shows how much more you need to add; it can't be picked until you do.
- The shipping price is added to the total in the cart and on the order, and is part of what you agree to pay.
Packing cards to post
- Put each card in a penny sleeve, then valuable cards in a toploader or semi-rigid holder.
- Close the toploader with a bit of low-tack tape or put it in a team bag, so cards can't slide out.
- Sandwich everything between two pieces of stiff cardboard, larger than the cards.
- Use a padded envelope or a small box, never a plain letter envelope - letter sorting machines bend cards.
- For bigger orders, pack in a box and fill the gaps so nothing moves.
- Share the tracking number with the buyer in Messages.
Meeting in person
- Meet somewhere public and busy - a game store, a mall, a station - during the day.
- Look the cards over before paying, and count cash or check the bank transfer arrived before handing them over.
- Bring sleeves or a toploader for valuable cards.
- Keep the arrangements in Messages, so there is a record if something goes wrong.
If something goes wrong
Message the other person first - most problems are a late parcel or a misunderstanding. If you can't sort it out, emailsupport@tcgxchange.net with the order number. TCG Vault doesn't handle payments, so it can't refund you, but it can step in on accounts that break the terms.
