Seller Guidelines
How to list cards, describe them, price them, and handle holds so buyers trust you and come back.

Mit hirdethetsz meg?
- Kizárólag olyan eredeti kártyát, amely a tulajdonodban és birtokodban van, és azonnal átadható.
- Tilos hamisítványokat, proxy kártyákat eredetiként árulni, vagy olyan lapot meghirdetni, amely még nincs nálad (lásd az ÁSZF-et).
Kártya meghirdetése
- Válaszd ki a pontos kártyát és kiadást (sorszám, Alt Art, Overnumbered, Foil vagy normál).
- Jelöld be a vállalt átvételi/szállítási módokat. A szállítási díjakat és minimum rendelési határokat a Seller Hub > Shipping fülön tudod beállítani.
- Értékesebb vagy nem Near Mint állapotú lapokhoz tölts fel saját fotót az elülső és hátulsó oldalról.
Állapotjelölések (Condition)
| Állapot | Mit jelent? |

| Mint | Hibátlan, bontás utáni (pack-fresh) állapot, bármilyen sérülés nélkül. |
| Near Mint | Nem játszott vagy újszerű állapot; legfeljebb egészen apró, alig észrevehető pont vagy élkopás. |
| Lightly Played | Enyhe él- vagy sarokkopás, néhány apró felületi karc, gyűrődés nélkül. |
| Moderately Played | Láthatóbb kopás a széleken vagy a felületen, de kártyavédőben (sleeve) versenyre alkalmas. |
| Heavily Played | Erős kopás, kisebb gyűrődés vagy karcok, de a kártya egyben van. |
| Damaged | Szakadás, vízkár, erős hajlás, tollnyom vagy hiányzó rész. |
Árazás és gyűjtemény-szinkronizálás
- A kártya adatlapján látható piaci irányár és a többi eladó ára segít a reális ár belövésében.
- A Katalógusban vagy a Seller Hub > Collection Settings alatt létrehozhatsz Always list gyűjteményt, amelybe helyezve a kártyákat a rendszer automatikusan meghirdeti a megadott alapértelmezett állapottal, árazási szabállyal és szállítási módokkal.
Foglalások (Holds) kezelése és értékelések
- Válaszolj a foglalási kérelmekre 1–2 napon belül (elfogadás vagy elutasítás).
- A fizetést és az átadást az Üzenetekben (Messages) egyeztesd le a vevővel.
- Csak a tényleges átadás vagy feladás után nyomd meg a Mark handed over gombot.
- A sikeresen lezárt ügyletek után a vevő és az eladó értékelheti egymást, a teljesített eladások száma pedig növeli az eladói rangodat (Active Seller, Bronze/Silver/Gold/Diamond Merchant).

What you can sell
- Cards you own and have with you, ready to hand over.
- Not allowed: counterfeits, proxies sold as real cards, cards you don't have yet, or anything else prohibited by the terms.
Listing a card
- Pick the exact card and version (number, alternate art, foil or not).
- Choose the handover methods you will do for that card. Your shipping prices and minimums from Seller Hub > Shipping apply on top.
- Add photos of the actual card for anything valuable or not Near Mint - front and back, in good light.
- Use the description for anything a buyer should know: language, signed, small flaws.
Condition
| Condition | What it means |
|---|---|
| Mint | Perfect. Straight from the pack, no marks at all. |
| Near Mint | Looks unplayed. At most a tiny speck or edge mark you need to look for. |
| Lightly Played | Light edge or corner wear, a few small scratches. No creases. |
| Moderately Played | Clear wear on edges and surface, small dents or scuffs. Still sleeve-playable. |
| Heavily Played | Heavy wear, creases or marks, but intact. |
| Damaged | Tears, water damage, bends, writing or missing pieces. |
When unsure between two grades, choose the lower one. A buyer who gets a better card than expected leaves a better review.
Pricing
- The card window shows the market price and what other sellers on TCG Vault are asking - use them as a guide.
- Set shipping prices that cover your real costs, and a minimum order for methods that aren't worth it for single cheap cards.
- Create an Always list collection in the Catalog or Seller Hub > Collection Settings to automatically list every copy you add to it using your default condition, pricing rule, and delivery methods.
Handling holds
- Answer hold requests within a day or two - accept or reject, don't leave buyers waiting.
- Agree payment and handover in Messages, so it is all in one place.
- Press Mark handed over only once you have met up or posted the cards, and share the tracking number if there is one.
- The buyer completes the sale by confirming they received the cards. If they don't respond for 14 days after handover, you can complete it yourself.
- If you can't go through with a sale, cancel it and tell the buyer why.

Reviews and reputation
After each completed sale, the buyer rates you on communication, packaging, speed and how accurate your listing was, and you can rate the buyer on communication, payment and reliability. Your ratings and number of sales show on your profile and next to your listings. Fast replies, honest condition grades and careful packing are what get you five stars.
